After reviewing your needs, I should be able to give you the exact Cost of doing the required
plans right away, plus other services as needed, such as: Building site visit(s), Engineering
for unusual structural or soil conditions, and to secure the building permit for you if you wish.
Following your work order, Preliminary Floor plan layouts and 3D images will be prepared
for your Reviews before finalizing all necessary construction plans.
Review of the Preliminary drawings can Alternatively be done Online with a link provided to
your project pages (No download is required), as this may be more convenient for you and
anyone else which you may choose to share and discuss the resulting layout, questions &
any needed changes required to meet your objectives can be then done on the phone.
Note: Changes can be made as often as needed, until YOU get what YOU want.
Then the final plans stage will be concluded as described.
Terms: 25% is required upon work order, 75% is required upon pick-up of completed plans.
Other services if required may be quoted and charged separately.
